You can use Hall effect measurement to find the sheet resistance of your thin film. Try to collect paper related to Hall effect measurement of thin films. In principle, u can use Hall effect measurement to determine the charge carrier concentration and carrier mobility. From that u can determine sheet resistance of your thin film. Also check in the literature what type of substrate they are using for this hall measurement studies.

i guess there should be DC mode. Send current by two wires and measure resistance by LCR meter.

Resitance measurement is pretty straight forward.

You can measure the resistance by just putting 4 contacts on your thin film sample. You can pass known current (I) through two outer contact leads and measure voltage (V) across middle two leads. Then, your sample sample resistance is just R = V/I.

If you don't have current source and voltmeter, you can make use of LCR meter itself. Just pass low frequency (less than 100kHz - this is to avoid the contribution from the impedance of the sample) current through two outer leads i.e., connect I+ and I- to outer leads, and measure voltage across the middle two leads i.e., connect V+ and V-. The in-phase component of impedance Z, i.e., X gives the resistance of your sample. If you use higher frequency, the value of R contains the contribution from Y i.e, out-of phase of component of Z. So, try to use low frequency for measurement.

I am sorry but I don’t use the “KD 106 LCR” instrument.

We measured resistivity in thin film using the standard 4 probe configuration.

The LCR meter which I used, the resistance of thin film measure in form of capacitance and dissipation. Than Resistance =1/(2*Pi*f*C*D)

we can't apply Ohm's law to compute the resistance by measuring the current and voltage using four point probe, because the behaviour of the thin film sensor may be not verify Ohm's law , may be Schottky or other relations . If the thin film sample have a good sensitivity , you can make your setting as a sensing current, only you need to applied a bias voltage . I think it's more efficient than sensing resistance .

Although the two point probe more simple and suitable for measuring resistance, only you need to use a proper AVO meter

It is not computerize i want to note the measurement manually.It basically for detection of toxic gases by conductometric method.

One thing is very important, when you prepare a thin film for gas sensing, it should be a conductive because the sensing mechanism strongly depend on the conductivity .

Dear Dhivya Ponnusamy. You've forgotten the very basics: if you're using a given equipment to measure any physical/chemical property, it's not enough to provide only the short name of the equipment employed. There are a lot of different equipments that can be used to measure the same property you're trying to study. Then you need to provide more detailed information on the equipment used and on the specific property you're interested on.

If you are working on gas sensor, kindly use two probe method for measuring the resistance of your film. It is easy way to perform your work on gas sensor. above suggations are good and kindly follow them.

I am going to buy 2 probe method TPX-01 (high resistivity measurement ) for working with gas sensor .I have doubt if i want to operate at high working temperature how should i measure the change in resistance.
