Hello Ahmed, I have simulated inductor quality factors before. I think you should

1- insert the desired inductor in series or parallel resonance circuit with ideal capacitor

2- check the resonance frequency and bandwidth, then you can calculate your inductor quality factor at this frequency. 

3. Sweeping the capacitance will shift your resonance frequency and change the bandwidth (getting your quality factor varying with resonance frequency)

As you are inserting ideal CAP (from analogLib), the quality factor that you get is your inductance quality factor. 

I think you also may calculate it (I mean you may try to estimate it's ohmic resistance) then calculate the Qs quality factor.

The answer of Khalil is okay. But i want to add that the 3 dB bandwidth BW= f0/ Q, with the Q the quality factor. The quality factor Q of the inductor is by definition = wL/R, where w is the frequency and R is the resistance of the inductor, and L is is its inductance. The integrated inductors has a complicated distributed equivalent circuit not only having self resistance but also parasitic capacitance. So, L here may be an effective inductance of the inductor. Another measuring method may exploit directly the basic definition of Q above by measuring the directly the R and wl which can be accomplished by driving constant current in the inductor and then measure the complex voltage value from which one can determine R and wL=X.

This method may be direct and straight forward than the above one. However, the method of Khalil is more application oriented.

The fastest and most direct way is the second part of A. Zekry's response:

• Make a frequency sweep of its input impedance. (1(A) current source as stimulus and use voltage (V) as response). Z is now just V.
• Plot the reactance (imaginary part) of Z (or V) divided by its resistance (real part) vs frequency and you are done.

What I was doing, is to get the quality factor of the whole structure as I was designing RF planar and 3D integrated inductors. This was the method I was following to estimate the whole quality factor of the structure (including parasitics). 

I think the answer of our Prof. Abdelhalim Zekry - whose contribution is highly appreciated- is directing you to calculate the quality factor for the pure inductance (which has a parasitic series resistance) excluding other parasitic components.

it's better to use EM simulator like momentum to simulate this inductor, i think Cadence will not give you a good insight about your inductor performance.
