Orientation parameters calculate by XRD. Are there any adequate and basic articles which is related to these theories?

We made the attached document in connection with a project called Totalcryst (see review paper). The document includes a description of crystal orientations and how to determine them. The document also contains a number of references you probably want to check out.

If you are talking about thinfilms maybe GWAX ist the way to go, if you are talking about powder you can do that with a Rietveld refinement.

Yes i want calculate and investigate on orientation parameters on a thin film which is oriented in tension mode.
Thank you .. so i will check the GWAX, also i have got insufficient information about GWAX, because that i think we haven't got this instrument in our country. Thank you again
