How can I measure the density of organic materials in powder form (like fillers) for polymer composites?

I'm using some natural fillers in powder form for my comp[osite manufacturing. But I'm unsure of measuring the density of those powders. Please shed some light on the same. Thanks in advance.

There are 2 main types of densities:

1) Bulk density

Take a measuring cylinder and measure mass filled/volume occupied

2) True/absolute density

Pycnometry

Solvent displacement method

Maybe not quite natural fillers ...
