I know there are several ways I can determine the size distribution of Nanoparticles in a solution (e.g. DLS), but I have noticed that most people calculate the ppm of Nanoparticles within a solution rather than actually measure it.

Let’s say I use reduction process of metal salts into nanoparticles, is there a way I could actually measure what the concentration of the nanoparticles in the final solution is? I don’t want to calculate the theoretical concentration based on the salt quantity I dissolved, but measure the actual concentration.
