I am working on a project that requires the measurement of neuromelanin purity, and I have found papers that say that they have measured the purity, but they do not say how (Article The absolute concentration of nigral neuromelanin, assayed b...
).Neuromelanin does not have a commercially available 100% standard, so I cannot do typical comparisons. Does anyone know where to begin or how to do the purity measurements?
