How can I measure multisensorial appeal/stimulation of music formats (especially when there cd/vinyl have physical attributes compared to MP3)?

I have an issue regarding my master thesis. I want to measure the multisensorial appeal/stimulation of a vinyl record compared to alternative music formats such as CD and streaming. Any ideas how to measure it? Furthermore, of course streaming doesn´t provide as many physical product attributes (just touching the device, visual cues of interface, and a small artwork) as vinyl or a cd does. Any suggestions?
