I have a data of 383 monitoring wells distributed over the 8447 sq. km area. I have depth data for these wells from 1999 to 2010.
Is the time period of 12 years is sufficient enough for the purpose?
If yes, how the mapping could be done?
If no, how may years data is required?

It is important you give further details on the purpose and specific objectives behind the data.
if you have the properties of the formations as the permeability and the porosity of the aquifers and the wells are a good distribution then you can use the groundwater tools and the data you have is enough. the coordinates of the wells are very important.
The data as suggested by Emad Akawi I already have and guidelines uploaded by Salas might help me a lot. Soon after the implementation, I will be back either with thanks or with more queries.
