I have designed a framework for interdomain routing but I don't know how I can play with simulation tools so I am unable to test my approach. I wish to know how I can add different sensory parameters and test the efficiency of my code.
You should use a framework that implements the wireless communications
There is two frameworks that you can use like start point, inet-framework, integration branch, this framework support 802.11 and 802.15.4m and it is easy to include new radio models, it also include several mac protocols (B-MAC, L-MAC …) suitable for sensor network, this framework is oriented to simulate IP networks, the second is Castalia, this framework is oriented to the simulation of sensor networks exclusively.
Thank You Mr. Alfonso, I have to simulate the sensor network model implementing the Swarm Algorithm in the inter-domain routing framework. So I hope Castalia would work as far as I understand your point.

For Vanets Simulations you can use OMNET++ with VEINS Framework and SUMO for the mobility model. ;)
