How can I make solution from powder sample(CZTS) to perform UV-vis spectrometer?

I have photosensitive material (CZTS) in powder form. UV-Vis only give absorption in solution.PG instruments T60U spectrophotometer is available.How can I do this?

Disperse your powder in the solvent (maybe you need to supersonic) and when you get a stable suspension, you can use it to test the Uv-vis.
