I have metal salt and thiourea, ethanol and water 30%V and 70%V. I stir it for 10 hours at RT then 2 hours at 50°C, and then dry from 20 hours at 110°C.
Did you do any characterization on that powder? I'm pretty sure that at 110 °C no CZTS is formed and you just evaporate your solvent and have more or less the same metal salts that you started with. For synthesizing CZTS powder (or nanocrystals) you should maybe try a hot-injection synthesis like e.g. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1293255814000090.
