How can I dissolve Borate glasses that contain a magnetic crystallized phase in order to extract these crystals. Shall I use acetic acid? and if acetic acid is the right choice what should be its concentration?
Borate glass can be dissolved in hot water. If you fear a chemical reaction with the crystals you want to extract, better not using acid, being patient and waiting that hot water dissolve it.

I would test Alain Celzard proposal.
Anyway if you need a more agresive dissolution, the solvent used will depend of the chemical composition of your crystals in order to avoid their dissolution too.
You need to give (a) the composition of the borate glass, and (b) the composition of the crystalline phase that you wish to recover. Borate glasses are generally soluble in water, but the solubility will decrease if there is any silica present
Thank you everybody .. Really i don't have any silica in the samples and the crystals inside are a magnetic nano-particles...
HCl, H2SO4 and HNO3 dissolved all the matrix and the grown phases also
So i want to know what about acetic acid ??
There is nothing else to do but trying !
Just do the test with a piece of pure borate glass and see what happens. You'll probably have to stir and heat.
