Did anyone have this problem? My CO2 incubator are not reach to 95% RH. it just 80-85% RH.but cell still growing normally in this RH. I asked to my CO2 incubator-seller but they can not give me any answer.I added more than one liter of water in the tray of CO2 incubator .but the RH not reach to 95%.
What happen with my CO2 incubator .So anyone could give me some suggestion?

What temperature are you using? you could check the values at lower temperature, to see if you reach higher RH levels, according to wikipedia:
"Relative humidity (RH) is the ratio of the partial pressure of water vapor to the equilibrium vapor pressure of water at a given temperature. Relative humidity depends on temperature and the pressure of the system of interest. It requires less water vapour to attain high relative humidity at low temperatures; more water vapour is required to attain high relative humidity in warm or hot air."
if your humidity sensor is working propper, it might be that your Incubator does not support an active humidity control, according to Infos in Arvind's link.
In this case you could increase the temparature or, if possible manipulate the atmospheric pressure maybe a slight under- or overpressure could increase your relative humidity inside your incubator.
Consider if your incubators hygrometer is calibrated. If you have a handheld hygrometer calibrate it and put it inside the incubator and compare.
To get closer to 100 % RH you need to increase the surface area of water in contact with the atmosphere inside the incubator. If it would be possible to put a large water bath/jar with water inside the incubator this should help to quickly establish a high humidity.
