It is not easy writing a Scientific paper. We all learn how to write it little by little. We can also learn from other scientists' writing. To me, I think the easiest part of writing a scientific paper is 'Materials and Methods', the hardest one is 'Discussion'. Spelling can be checked with some Spelling programs, not so hard, unless there are some 'specific scientific terms or names'. As for grammar, if this is possible, you may consider find a 'Native English' speaker (if you are submitting the paper to Journals required in English writing) to help you look through your manuscripts [even better if they are in your research field]. There are 'Manuscript Editing' services, but they cost.
I attached 2 articles for you. I read through them and I think they have raised some good points (from my own experience). You can use them as a guide. Good luck.
Dear Researcher, Writing skills are very important to present the paper in highly intellectual and sophisticated way. In peer review process the literature evaluation and vocabulary check also matters. For these try to use anti-plagiarism software like VIPER, paper rater, turnitin etc... though they cannot help you directly but clearly gives you an idea how to check the grammar and vocabulary...
I hope this will definitely help you. Wish you good luck
