We used the TOFMS to measure the emissions from a waste incinerator.  The precise molecular weight were got by TOFMS. There are so many matters with this weight (0.2 difference). How do I make sure which is the true matter in this weight?

eg. A measured matter with molecular weight at 74.103. With in 0.2 difference, its elemental formula may be C1H6N4, C1H4O1N3, C1H2O2N2, C1O3N1, C2H8N3, C2H6O1N2, C2H4O2N1, C2H2O3, C3H10N2, C3H8O1N1, C3H6O2, C4H10O1,C5N1, C6H2. The  high molecular weight wil be more  possible matters.

Could anyone help me on this topic?
