I want a matlab code that shows how to make integration between any sI algorithm like chicken with a genetic algorithm as a wrapper feature selection method and then use the reduced subset for data classification using svm-knn-c4.5 and so on.
the problem in the hybridization step (how to mix two algorithms together : sequential - parallel or what)
First of all, what is the optimization probelm or the model that you want to optimize. GA and swarm they do the same job. They optimize models. So SVM will build your model. To optimize it you can choose one of these algorithms and not both of them. To use GA or SI with SVM is easy. Try to find the cost function and optimize it to obtain min value =0
