You may find some technology parameters in the above link (from IMEC as Prof. Zekry indicated). See for instance, typical threshold voltage VT of standard VT nmos, pmos devices:

nmos: Vdd = 1.2 V, Tox = 2.6 nm, Vt (@L=60 nm) = 0.4 V, Idsat (@L=60 nm) = 603 uA/um.

pmos: Vdd = 1.2 V, Tox = 2.8 nm, Vt (@L=60 nm) = 0.48 V, Idsat (@L=60 nm) = 317 uA/um.

Given Idsat and Vt, you may also work out a guess for mobility.

Note that the expected fit among analytical (hand-calculation) model and true electrical performance will be poor. Nevertheless, it might be good enough for some rough estimations.

@matt shouldn't be the length minimum 65nm? Why are you taking 60nm?
