I want to spread the CNT(dissolved in DIwater) equally on the glass. I am using hotplate(100Celsius) now. I drop the CNT(dissolved in DIwater) equally. But After all the DIwater vaporize, the CNT is not spread equally. How can I get the spread the CNT equally on the glass?
You could do spray-coating or blade coating your CNT solution on the glass substrate to obtain CNT homogenous films.

CNTs cannot be dissolved easily in any common solvents such as alcohols and DI water. They can be dispersed into the above mentioned solvents or DI water with the assistance of a surfactant such as SDBS or SDS, which is easily removed after CNT films formed. If you want to obtain uniform CNT films, the dispersed CNT solution has to be homogenous. Hope it helps.
