Hi there, Is there any software tool or database to identify the entire 5' and 3' UTR regions of bacterial gene? I am aware that eukaryotic genes are clearly annotated in Ensembl and Genbank with these details. But unfortunately I couldnt able to find this information for bacterial genes. Your help on this would be very much appreciated. Many thanks in advance.
It depends on the context and I wrote that way to make the question simple and easier to grasp. It actually means pre-mRNA equivalent in bacteria or we can call it transcript (starting from RBS until terminator). But the point is same. How we identify UTRs in bacteria for a particular gene

) to see the properties of UTR in bacterias. Now, if you have some target genes, you can go to NCBI genbank (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/genbank/) and dig for the sequence of both UTR.fred
