In the same laptop and same procedure , when I am running the program in matlab and using tic and toc functions to calculate the time , I have different result when I am running the same program in different time for example time in one time equal 112 sec while in other time only 32 sec.
What caused this diffference?
Dunia , it depends on what your code does . e.g: if you have conditional iterations , when the iteration change say in # then you consume more time. Check by having a iteration count in the loop .
If that is not a constant (for every run) , you can translate it to time .

The difference you see could be attributed to several factors, among which is the OS which could be busy running other applications, or due to MATLAB itself building up data in the work space which would eventually slow execution, etc. But normally we expect to experience only a slight difference when running the same program multiple times, the difference you reported here is a bit weird. MATLAB allows you to evaluate the execution of a selected block in your program, try to do that and see where is the bottleneck.
Suggestions:
Try to call:
>> clear all; close all;
then call your program.
In order to get a good approximation of the elapsed time, try to run the program several times and then average the result. That is what is followed in several research papers.
