You can get the Wind Data from the Global Weather Data for SWAT

https://globalweather.tamu.edu/.

In addition, you can retrieve the Wind (u and v components) data from the ERA5

Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) . Here is the link

I suggest you try ERA5 data.
