Best thing is to email their team or chief-editor and request it from them directly.
I recommend to ask the chief editor or try to find pap to submit to him
If you have reviewed manuscripts for them, just email the editors for such certificate. There are some websites that build up credits for reviewers such as Publons.

Reviewers can request the certificate from their Taylor & Francis contact. They can present it to employers, their institution, or simply hang it on the office wall! A reviewer confirmation letter is also available upon request.
