Hi Anh Quang Do, this is most easily done using the R package containing the manifest for IlluminaHumanMethylationEPIC array data. I've written a short script (below), and attached the resulting table (.csv). From this, you can easily merge your list of genes with this annotation table...

There are several packages in R that can help with that. For example https://rdrr.io/bioc/missMethyl/man/getMappedEntrezIDs.html.

I used the Partek genomics suite which is easy to use.
