We did a study entitled "Burnout and its associated factors among medical laboratory professionals in public hospitals of Jimma Zone, Southwest Ethiopia" using MBI-HSS to assess the level of burnout among medical laboratory professionals. Thus we request your technical support on how to resolve the license issue brought about by financial limitations.
