I am looking for a long-term (more than 3 years) hourly soil moisture and lysimeter data (including actual evapotranspiration and drainage) that are measured simultaneously at the same site. it should be probably a dataset from an experimental watershed with lysimeter and soil moisture probe.

I am afraid that you can find such data with this high temporal resolution. As you might be aware, the lysimeter data are very costly and not available in many places. They are some kind of very rare datasets particularly when combined with the soil moisture. In case, you can find these data (ETa, and soil moisture) from a combination of the satellite products such as MODIS. Browse the available datasets with NASA and similar ones.

There are several places (research sites) where the methods you mention are used and the variables you are interested are measured and registered. However this type of information is very expensive to gather since equipment is very expensive as well as mantainence. High resolution time series as you mention are real gold mines.

I know about the TERENO innitiative in Germany. I had the opportunity to visit one of the lysimeter stations at Schaefferthal station a couple years ago (2012).

The research of Gebler et al., 2015, mentioned earlier in the tread (https://www.hydrol-earth-syst-sci.net/19/2145/2015/hess-19-2145-2015.pdf) was conducted in one of these TERENO sites.

That's exactly what I've been looking for!
The site has all the data at hourly time step:
soil moisture at multiple depth since 1994 , ET from 1976, seepage, precipitation and so on, which are all freely available.
