Hi everyone, we are working on a new research on COVID-19 (coronavirus) & mental wellbeing and I am seeking advice on how can I get more participants.
I've tried posting it on my university's research volunteer page and I got suggestions to put up a Facebook page with ads, which I have done. I have also sent out emails, personal messages, social media messages, and Tweets along the lines of:
"Anyone in Australia who can help do a 5-10 min survey on the effects of coronavirus (COVID-19) on our mental health?
Please participate and reTweet, thanks heaps!

Survey: http://tiny.cc/s4uxnz | More info: http://ow.ly/cmDi30qCcl4 |
Facebook page: http://ow.ly/SjqK50zwUN3"
But I am not getting much responses. :(
Taking in mind that the project is self-funded, I can probably use some of my lunch budget towards this, but any big-budget ideas are off the table, and we've got ethics to host the survey through the university (cannot put the survey up elsewhere). My usual gig is data analyses of existing data, so this data collection and participant recruitment thing is all new to me!
Any advice on how to get more people to answer the research survey would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks and take care during this period.
