I am trying to model a photovoltaic device using AMPS-1D software. But once I am submitting it to queue, it remains there for infinite amount of time without giving the result.
I couldnt understand what is the problem. Kindly please help me out.

Simple answer is: you have to make your own data.
Usually, values like bandgap, permittivity , work function...etc. are easy to find online. (single digit parameters).
As for datasets, like absorbance for example, they need to be prepared by you !
here are you options:
1/ you have lab measurements and you insert them directly.
2/ analytical or physical (ab-initio) simulations results.
3/ extract what you need directly from publications.
