I am working on the formulation of a prestressed concrete beam by the finite element method, but i can't understand how the formulation is obtained kinetically between the concrete and the cable, so i need more details and some documentation concerned in this topic

You will find an example in the Code_Aster's documentation dedicated to prestressing tendons modelling (id : R701.02). Code_aster is an open source FEM code, you can access to the source. But the description provided in the mentioned documentation may help you.
It is available here in a rather crude English: http://www.code-aster.org/V2/doc/default/en/index.php?man=R7. If you are able to read French, the French version is better. But whatever the language, the equations are the same.

i asked this question in the first time because i am trying to understand the formulation mentioned in Code_Aster as you said, so about this technique i didn't found more documentations except code_aster. the technique of connection between the cable as a truss element and the concrete beam 3D model is kinematic "opera_defi_cable"
