If I'm not mistaken, each university that offers medicine/anatomy should have a skeletal collection.
I'm from South Africa and seeing that we're developing country, many death may occur here due to murder, famine or poor healthcare. These bodies end up in hospitals and if the bodies are unclaimed they go the the university to be embalmed to become cadavers for students. When the cadaver has been used thoroughly, it will then be skeletonised. Each major uni in SA has an extensive skeletal collection due to this. Our collection mostly consists of black and mixed race individuals.
The problem is that many researchers have not published their studies and I have found many times that there are doctoral theses that, although they have not published much, have not digitized their works either. And then you search, you find dead lines to access these studies. I believe that at this moment, there are programs like Researchegate and Academia.edu that give opportunity to publish things, to show them even if they are not in articles and I thank these programs to allow it. Even so, there are a lot of data that are inaccessible and it's a pity. I understand you a lot !
