It seems to be a temporary problem of the CPU being overloaded. Maybe try shutting down all the ANSYS processes and re-run the simulation.

According to me firstly you set sleep time of your laptop to zero. It will solve your problems.

The problem you are facing may be occurring due to,
1. Some Local Overload in CPU. In that case make sure no other application is running in your system during the simulation. You may also clear the cache data or clear the memory to get faster CPU process. You can also shutdown and restart the system.
2. I don't know what is the configuration of your system. But it may be occurred due to lower RAM in the system. CPU fails to perform the load of HFSS simulations. In that case you need to upgrade your system's RAM.

It mainly occur due to CPU overload and too much utilization of RAM. so check your configuration go accordingly . you can see CPU and ram utilization from taskbar----> performance option . Thank you
If you are new in HFSS, I would suggest you to learnt he HFSS first from its manual. I can still remember, I got several error during my MTech (2nd and 3rd Semester). Then I took HFSS manual v10 and learn "the coaxial probe fed microstrip antenna design" step by step, letter by letter. I did not skip a Single letter. I got exactly same results as per manual. I just gave 2 hr 30-40 min to learn that example.
Then, I follow same approach to design other antenna geometry (microstrip/ DRA/waveguide etc). I got error free results in the first run. I do teach my student from that manual.
Therefore, I would request you to learn "the coaxial probe fed microstrip antenna design" step by step, letter by letter from "HFSS manual v10" first. Just give 3 hrs now and enjoy the rest of your life, provided if you get the essence of that example (manual) properly.
