How can I find the PDB of respective mutations of a native protein in the Protein data Bank?

How I could do a filtered search focused on single amino acid mutations. That is to say that I can get all the proteins that have a single point mutation of a specific native protein. Since looking in the documentation and the advanced search in PDB I can't find any information about this specific search. It would be of great help to me if you could help me on this subject.

For that, you need to search native protein using the UniProt database, see the structure pannel and do the multiple sequence alignment of reported PDB structures using the Clustal Omega online tool.
