Is there any formula to convert cps to % of metal concentration in XRF spectra.
You need to measure a set of standard reference materials with a range of concentrations of the analyte under the same conditions. Make a calibration curve from the standards and then use this to obtain a value for your unknown. To do it correctly you will need to take into account background values, peak overlaps, etc. There are a whole host of corrections that you will need appropriate software to perform in order to get high quality data, but you can get a first approximation from a calibration curve.

In principle this is of course possible. But you need to know a lot of details about your instrument in order to do so. If you know your intruments excitation, solid angle, detection efficiency, and so on you can calculate this using the atomic fundamental parameters.
