Could anyone explain the way to find the conductivity or resistance of the TiO2 coated layer on the glass sheet?. Can we do it by autolab set up or there is any other simple way to do it ?. Thank you
You can create your own fixture. Use suitable power supply and current controlling resistance with voltage & current meter.
Take two suitable length wires with crocodile clip at one end (Let red & black wires). In series with selected resistor, through two wires, allow current to flow. Two crocodile clips to be connected together. Positive of PSU connect Resistor. Other end of resistor connect to Red wire and Black wire to negative of PSU. Note down the current at prefixed voltage say I1.
Now, introduce your sheet under test, between crocodile clips. Red wire crocodile clip to one end of sheet and Black wire crocodile to opposite end of sheet. Measure current keeping same voltage say I2.
I2/I1 = (R+Rx)/R. Value of R is known, I1 and I2 are measured. Unknown Rx can be calculated. Rx is the resistance of sheet over a length (or distance) between two crocodile clips when connected through sheet.
Thank you sir for you answer but still I am not sure well about the method you explained. For your information I attached the TiO2 coated layer on the glass sheet. We want to find the conductivity or resistance of the white TiO2 layer as can be seen from the attached image. Regards
Could you elaborate your answer a bit more, please.
