Hi,

I am trying to find PSF(point spread function) and MTF(modulation transfer function) of multipinhole SPECT. Pinholes are arranged in such a way that, there is no overlapping between projections of adjacent pinholes. Projection image and slice of reconstructed image of point source is attached with this.

I am little confused with plotting PSF. Will it be right method of plotting PSF, If I take row from slice of reconstructed image, plot values of this row against pixel location?

OR

Am I need to take one row from projection image and plot values of that row against pixel locations? When I plot in this method, I cannot fit PSF to Gaussian curve to find FWHM, because of projection image nature of multipinhole SPECT?

Then how can I convert this PSF into MTF ? Just by taking DFT ?
