Dear, I am getting confused with my XRD data of Sr & Mn doped Barium Titanate, as i calculated all parameter through 2 theta & intensity. I cant determined whether it is tetragonal or there is presence of any other structure. I attach my XRD structure screen shot. I beg your suggestion.

The first stape to decide any changes in the crystaline structure is to see the d spacing and relative intensity
if there is any change of d spacing in particular then you have effects of doping
but to see the structure type you need to analyse the d specing according to different related structures in your case may be a tetragonal. According to calculations any d specing with its related hkl doesn’t give the lattice parameters value of your successful structure will belongs to a second phase due to doping
please try these steps and can ask for the next step
Do you use XRD software such as HSP or Topas...etc for phase ID?. It seems that the attached XRD pattern (x= 0) is not related to the ground state Tetragonal BaTiO3 (the most intense peak at about 31 degree). I hope you can attach the raw xrd pattern of your pure BaTiO3. I think you may have different crystal system. Have you used pressure that may induce phase transition?.
