Use SPSS for analysing the differences between the treatments. First choose ANOVA from that choose tukey's test. If you entering the data according to your replication and treatment, it will show all the values (Mean, SD and significance (a,b,c,d). Accordingly you can write the letters as superscript in the appropriateplace.
