Dear all

I would like to create a ``cluster table'' after performing a task related fMRI analysis. I have performed the second level analysis and I would like to create a cluster table from one of the contrastes e.g. cope13.

I am using the cluster function of fsl

e.g. cluster -i zstat1.nii.gz -t 2.5 -o cluster_index --osize=cluster_size > cluster.info.txt

with a z score of 2.5. But how can I incoroporate atlas informations?? I would like to get information about some clusters and how are they connected to an atlas.
