I want to extract the cellular proteins from Pythium insidiosum.
What is the easier stage for protein extraction of this organism, myselium or zoospore?
Can you suggest the paper or protocol for extraction?

if you want extract protein you have to know in which stage your protein will express???did you want to analysis spesific protein???

As Ratih suggested, mycelium and zoospore will have probably different set of expressed proteins, so you must check which one is better.
