The mesh file (attached with this post) is generated by HYPERMESH software in ASCII format. The file is intended for heat transfer analysis using FEM. For the present case,the flux boundary condition (bc) is applied on a particular edge (see line number 87 in the attached hmascii file). The hypermesh is using direction cosines to define the edge on which flux bc is applied (see the last three terms in line 87). The problem is how to extract edge identification in terms of end nodes to complete the line integrations involved in FEM?

The jpeg image attached contains the domain with global node numbers. The edge 34 is used for the flux bc.
