There were a lot way to extract DNA from Fasciola spp. You can extract it with the QIAamp®DNA stool mini kit (Qiagen, Hilden, Germany)

We use HotSHOT (Truett, 2000) for DNA extraction of trematodes. I think, you can try to use it. It's very cheap, quick and easy.

As per my knowledge and I have used CTAB method for isolation of DNA from the Cercaria larvae of Fasciola gigantica. Miracidia is single cell larva of Fasciola hepatica. In CTAB method liquid nitrogen is used which help to conserve full DNA and you can get good amount of DNA.
