You ca use Matlab to work with you problem. Matlab has a very good ANN API which allows you to do many things using Artificial Neural Networks.

I have prepared a small note on ANN. You can use Matlab to test the examples.

The code they give is Python using their library Theano, which is a little unintuitive at first but used quite widely (mostly, I suspect, because it can compute gradients for you - at least that's why I use it - but it's pretty fast, too). More tutorials are linked from the website as well:

A self-contained toolkit people use a lot (including deep learning labs at Google, Facebook et al.) is Torch:

It's supposed to be very similar to Matlab; I haven't really checked it out yet, so I don't know what tutorials are available to go with it.

Santosh, the answer depends on what programming language you are comfortable with.

If you like Python, then this is by far the best tutorial:

Theano and Torch are good but pretty advanced tools, Theano uses its own complicated language, and Torch uses Lua, so stay away from them unless you are very serious about neural networks.

There are also Caffe and cuda-convnet, and they are very fast and powerful, but again, they are not as easy to install and configure, and they are not for beginners.
