I’m in the process of finalising my research design and want to ensure that the methodology I’ve chosen is both suitable for my research questions and likely to yield valid results. Before moving to full-scale data collection, I’d like to know how researchers typically evaluate whether their chosen methodology is appropriate. Are there recommended steps, such as pilot studies, expert reviews, or alignment checks with theoretical frameworks, to confirm methodological validity and relevance?
