Amir, some times keller´s is not efficient for grain boundaries, you can try using barker´s or weck´s, in my experience, these two could be much better for grain boundaries.These etching reagents could be used in different Al series.
Barker's (20V dc, 2 min) view with cross polarized light and sensitive tints. I've also found that a combo of wecks AND barkers can produce some nice details. Search for this pdf:
