Hello, I’m trying to extract essential oils of aromatic plants such as rosemary and lavender, and I’m using clevenger apparatus, however I’ve found myself a bit lost in terms of some technical skills.

you could try molecular distillation, it will allow you to separate families fo compounds and even those responsible of the smell.
Molecular distillation ? im not familiar with this process, i already bought the clevenger and im trying to establish my own business, i don’t think a new method is going to help me at the moment, but thanks for your answer.
