Hello!

For lyophilized bacteria we use this broth :

2.5 g ......peptone casein

1 g ... sodium glutamate

100 mL .....H 2 Od

Autoclave at 121 °C for 20 '

add 10 ml of sucrose ( 50 % )

Suspending the bacteria in 3 mL of this medium
