I have signed up to use the unregistered version of Hysplit Software. I am stuck at the step of uploading meteorological data from the Ftp server (ftp://arlftp.arlhq.noaa.gov/archives). I tried to change the FTP address in the FTP setting, but it never works. I still cannot resolve this issue... Why did it fail?

Try to use wget in your Linux or Windows system. Or if you are in an institutional firewall try to get access for the use of ftp sites from the employer.

The FTP protocol for ARL server is more suitable with Microsoft edge.
