If you choose the google drive option, the app will send your file to your google Drive account. It may happen you are not allowed to download it, so what you may do is the following:
Just open the file with google docs and once opened, download it.

Hello Orchida Ismail. There are limits such as this one: if you choose the email option and you attach files, you can export up to the last 10,000 messages; if you do not attach files, you can export up to the last 40,000 messages. These restrictions are basically due to mail size limits.
I definitely agree! I was thinking of examining a certain "event" which allows a more limited time.
