In my model I'm doing plastic extrusion simulation with motion of nozzle simultaneously. So material is flowing continuously and when material comes out of nozzle I want to add convection and conduction.
1)I want to do natural convection with melted material with the air. so how can I do interference melted semi solid part.
2) How to do conduction between glass plate and melted solid?
so how to manage interference of this to surfaces?

Not sure I get your question right. However, any modeling effect should go through the area/volume which is meshed in your model. Hence if you try modeling something in empty space (as far as I can see on your figure, there is no mesh between the two geometries), then this is not possible. You need to mesh empty space up to a size that is large enough. This pauses the question of the influence of the boundary conditions of your problem which are always important in any FE analyses. Best is to have the info at "infinite" distance and know the evolution vs distance decrease, but it is always an approximation.

Thank you Daniel George Actually I need this extruded material on the glass. and before this process I have to add convection between extruded material and surrounding. and second I have to put conduction between material and on bottom surface.
Yes, that's what I mean. You need to mesh empty space to represent convection. Else nothing happens in between.

But I have read in documentation that they have applied convection with one extra step. so I need to give one extra step special for convection.
How can i give mesh to empty space?
