It depends a lot of what aspect of CoMP that you would like to simulate and how strictly you would like to follow the LTE-Advanced standard. A full-blown LTE-A complient simulation environment will take a very long time to implement.
The kind of systems that people evaluate in academia are much simplified. On my home page you can find sample code from book "Optimal Resource Allocation in Coordinated Multi-Cell Systems" and for the conference paper "Massive MIMO and Small Cells: Improving Energy Efficiency by Optimal Soft-Cell Coordination".
thanks alot for your answer .... i will go through your book and paper but should i contact you through your e.mail if i face any problems or doubts ...untill the simulation will be clear to me .
actually am thinking ofa simulation 1- to enhance the cell edge user throughput
2- to evaluate the performance comparison through simulation of COMP .- JP
COMP.- CS/CB for a single user .
just a simple scenario ........my thinking is scattering on how to chose the parameters and simulate .....i really need help at ieast an matlab Code on how to get started

One possible starting point for you might be Figure 3.6 in the book, which can be generated using the code on my homepage (http://flexible-radio.com/emil-bjornson). I suggest that you turn of the "optimal beamforing" case and consider the other beamforming schemes. You can then play around with the location/pathloss of the different users.
