After each cloud seeding project, it is necessary to assessing it to improve the methods and assessing financial savings. For statistically assessing, we need some data for determine the targets and control areas. I consider data from same aircraft seeder such as wind speed and its direction and also synoptic stations' data. I would like to know whether these data enough? and is it possible to explain a method for assessing these projects?
